Bernice H. Theising

Bernice H. "Bee" Theising 79, of Carmel, passed away Thursday, February 3, 2011. Bernice was born January 2, 1932 in Celestine, Indiana to the late Joseph and Clara Schnellenberger Hoffman. She was passionate about real estate and owned "Bee" Theising Real Estate for 23 years, retiring in 1994. Bernice was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church, the Indianapolis Board of Realtors, the Indianapolis Symphony Women's Club and was member and past president of the Indianapolis Women's Council of Realtors. A funeral Mass will be held at Noon on Monday, February 7 in the Chapel at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, 9001 Haverstick Road, Indianapolis 46240. Friends are invited to call from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. in Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center - Carmel. Bernice is survived by her husband of 59 years, Maurice L. Theising; children, David J. (wife, Dale Chernoff) Theising, Donna T. (husband, Robert C.) Scherer, Paul D. (wife, Catherine J. O'Neill) Theising; grandsons, Adam, Aron, Jack and Connor Theising; brother, James Hoffman. Bernice was preceded in death by her sisters, Marie Heeke, Ardella Osborn, Mildred Kempf and Rita Heeke.
