Belinda Rigdon

Belinda C. Rigdon 65, of Indianapolis died on August 4, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. Belinda was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her husband of 48 years Bill Rigdon; son Jeff Rigdon; daughter Debbie Rigdon; grandchild Joseph A. Rigdon; sisters Jean Ross(Bill) and Wanda Nelson(Mike), sister-in-law Julie Frazier; and beloved dog Benji. She was preceded in death by her father Arlie Frazier; mother Geneva Frazier; and brother Stephen Frazier. Friends may call on Thursday, August 8 from 4-8 pm. At Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St. Indianapolis, IN. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 9 at 11 am with visitation 10 AM until the time of service at the funeral home. Entombment will follow at Washington Park East Cemetery.
