Barrett V. Fuller, 39, passed away at his home Monday, August 16, 2021. Barrett was born October 13, 1981 in Indianapolis. He studied culinary arts and attended Vail Valley Culinary Arts. Barrett was a food broker for CORE Foodservice.
As a former chef, Barrett had incredible passion for the culinary arts and most of all, its people. From dishwashers to Executive Chefs…from Executive Presidents to warehouse selectors, he knew no stranger and was quick to make people smile. Laughter and passion were the tools of his trade and he woke up on a daily basis with excitement of honoring his craft. He was a person who brought everyone together to share in many things, one of which was always a culinary centerpiece, put together masterfully and with the utmost attention to detail.
Barrett was a part of a loving family of eight, to which he will always be celebrated friend, brother, mentor, bartender and loving uncle. Please join us in commemorating Barrett and keeping his memory alive and well by waking up each day and being passionately involved.
Barrett enjoyed skeet shooting, video games and movies. He loved to cook and used that skill as a way of helping others. He was always the first to jump into volunteer and help.
Family and friends are invited to gather from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday, August 23 at Flanner Buchanan-Carmel. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am Tuesday, August 24 at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church.
Barrett is survived by his mother, Kris Fuller; siblings, Niki Fuller, Tim Fuller, Mike (wife, Jennifer) Fuller, Corey (wife, Leslie) Fuller, Sean (wife, Samantha) Fuller; nieces and nephews; McKaylie, Allison, Morgan, Andrea, Michael, Jonathan and James; aunt, Maureen Fuller.
