Barbara Risley

Barbara Jane (Tarr) Risley 94 passes away peacefully at her home in Speedway December 6, 2023.  Barbara, better known as Bobbie, she was born February 16, 1929, to E. Eugene and Rose Ellen Tarr.  She married her high school sweetheart, Howard E. Risley, on September 3, 1948, and were married for 64 years. A devoted wife and mother, she was dedicated to taking care of her husband and son.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 64 years and brother Eddie E. Tarr.

Barbara is survived by her loving son Jeffrey E. Risley, many nieces and nephews.
