Barbara L. Parrott

Barbara L. Parrott, 80 of Indianapolis passed away on August 19, 2013. She was born October 26, 1932 in Beech Grove, IN to William Burton and Dora Mae Bramlett Kendall. She is preceded in death by her husband, F.W. "Sonny" Parrott and her son, Gary Parrott. Surviving to cherish her memory are her children, Kathryn (Theo) Gross, Sunnye (Steve Wilson) Peace, Steven (Tammy) Parrott, Dan (Susan) Parrott, Brian Parrott and Claude (Kim) Robinson, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Barbara enjoyed fishing, camping and playing cards but most of all, she enjoyed being a mom to her kids and to the neighborhood kids who referred to her as Mrs. P or Mama P. Friends may call from 1:00 p.m to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 24, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E.
