Barbara E. Thomas

Barbara E. Thomas, 80, Franklin, passed away January 21, 2014. She was born June 23, 1933 in Indianapolis, the daughter of Roosevelt and Opal May (Farley) Stone. Barbara retired after 45 years in the baking industry, having worked at A & P and Merico. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Carl Thomas. Barbara is survived by her children, Donald D. Webb, Evelyn M. Webb, Robbie R. Webb, and Ronald A. Thomas; many grandchildren and several great-grandchildren; and her siblings, Cecil, Raymond, and Russell Stone and Nancy Moore. Services will be on Saturday, January 25 at 11 AM at Flanner and Buchanan- Washington Park East. Visitation will be on Friday, January 24 from 5-8 PM and also from 10 AM until service time on Saturday. Burial will be in Washington Park East Cemetery.
