84 years old,of Fishers, Indiana passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2016. She was born to thelate, Theodore and Gladys Chadwick. Audrey enjoyed volunteering with CommunityEast Hospital and Gardening, which was her pride and joy. She was employed withGeneral Steel Fabricating for five years while being a Homemaker. She was knownfor her loving and giving spirit to all who knew her.

Audrey issurvived by her daughter, Elaine Phillips-Lee (Donald); son, Douglas C.Phillips (Trish); 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; brother, JackChadwick. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years SterlingC. Phillips, Jr.; parents, Theodore and Gladys Chadwick; brothers, Ted andVirgil Chadwick.
