Arthur W. Morgan

Arthur W. Morgan, Jr., 88 of Indianapolis died April 21, 2014. He was born June 29, 1925 in Jackson County, Indiana to Arthur and Grace Morgan. After graduating from High School, Art graduated Hanover College, earning his Masters Degree in 1950. He also played football and served as class president as well as President of Sigma Chi Fraternity. He served in the Navy Air Corps during WWII. He was Principal at Franklin Central High School. He was a member of the Principals Association and various civic clubs. He also served as a deacon in the Presbyterian Church. Surviving to cherish his memory is his wife, Mary Jane, a brother, a sister and many nieces and nephews. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golf and other sports and was an avid reader.
