Arthur Lee Gavin

Arthur L. Gavin, 89, of Indianapolis passed away on December 3, 2016. He was born on August 6, 1927 in Moss, Mississippi. He was remembered for his loving and giving spirit by all who knew him.

He is survived by his 2 sisters, Annie Little and Ezra Carruthers; 2 special friends Ryan and Jenifer Rash. He was preceded in death by his father, Ezra Gavin; mother, Mattie Gavin; siblings, Wilma, Tarie, Samuel, and Oliver.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 12:00pm-2:00pm with Funeral Service at 2:00pm in Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park North, 2706 Kessler Blvd W. Dr. Indianapolis, IN. Entombment will follow at Washington Park North Cemetery.
