Arlene K Pozek

Arlene K. (Grow) Pozek, 73, of Indianapolis, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2013. She was born on May 31, 1940 in Lebanon, IN to Willard and Juliana (Foppe) Grow. Arlene was a 1958 graduate of Ben Davis High School and had worked as a Real Estate Agent with Heritage Real Estate since 2009. Prior to her illness she was an avid bowler, golfer, gardener and softball player. She also enjoyed playing cards, especially a good game of euchre. Arlene was also a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She is survived by her daughters, Katrina (Joe) Matthews and Angelina (Kevin) Sullivan; grandchildren, Julianna, Abigail, Kaleb, Addison, Maereed, Ainsley and Amelia. Arlene is also survived by her siblings, Joan McAninch, Andy Grow and Anita Surber. She was preceded in death by her parents. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at 11am. Visitation will be Monday evening from 4 until 8pm at Flanner and Buchanan – Speedway. Burial will be in West Ridge Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
