Ardith Levon Mcelfresh Morgan

Ardith Levon Morgan, 85, of New Palestine, went to her heavenly home Saturday, September 10, 2011. Ardith was born in Indianapolis to James and Bessie (Chapple) McElfresh on October 27, 1925. She graduated from St. Vincent's School of Nursing and was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Greenfield. She is survived by her devoted daughters, Ellen Sluka (Robert) of Munster, IN and Karen Berger (Bryan) of New Palestine, IN, her grandchildren, Stephen Christopher Berger and Alexandra Morgan Berger who loved her very much. She is also survived by a sister, Jeanette Dupee and sister- in- law, Lorraine McElfresh. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward James Morgan, and her brother, George McElfresh. Funeral services will be held 2:30 PM, Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at Flanner & Buchanan Funeral Center at Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. Visitation will be 30 minutes prior to the service. Entombment will be in Washington Park East Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to: The American Diabetes Association.
