Anthony J. Kaspar of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away peacefully at his home on August 26, 2011. He was 60 years old. Tony was born on June 18, 1951 in Chicago, Illinois, to Earl and Dorothy Kaspar. He was a beloved husband, father, and brother.
Tony lived in Hermosa Beach, California, before moving to Indianapolis in 1982. He married his wife of 26 years, Denise, in 1984. Together they raised two daughters, Lauren, born in 1985, and Susan, born in 1987. Tony's wife and daughters were the loves of his life. He also loved riding his Harley motorcycle, spending time with his many friends, and listening to music.
Tony was a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in mechanical engineering technology. He worked for many years for American Monitor and later for Allison Transmission.
Tony is survived by his wife, Denise (Callis) Kaspar, his daughters Lauren and Susan Kaspar, all of Indianapolis, and his sister Christine Bell of Phoenix, Arizona. Memorial donations may be made to HealthNet Better Indy Babies and Healthy Families 55 S. State St., Indianapolis, IN 46201.
