Anne Eibert Galligan

Anne Eibert Galligan 58 of Carmel passed away November 30, 2013. Anne was born in St. Paul, MN to John and Barbara Eibert. She is survived by her husband of 33 years Richard Galligan; sons, Michael, Mathew, daughter, Caitlin, and grandson Colton (Cavallaro); father, John Eibert; sisters, Susan (Focke), Liz (Kelley), Barbie (Carpenter) and brothers, Johnny, Robbie and Joey. She was preceded in death by her mother Barbara. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Woodlands Clubhouse located at 10700 Lakeshore Dr. East, Carmel, Indiana 46033. Funeral Services will follow in St. Paul, MN. Arrangements have been entrusted to Flanner and Buchanan – Carmel.
