Anna Laura Laughlin

Anna Laura Laughlin, 83, of Indianapolis, passed away October 4,2013. Born Anna Laura Dexter on August 16, 1930 in Central City, KY, she chose to be known as Laura. Upon his return from WWII, Earl Royal Laughlin met, fell in love and married Laura. Together, they raised five sons; John Royal, Roger Allen, Stuart Earl, Brian Thomas, and Eric Travis Laughlin. Their life together ended prematurely when Earl passed away in 1983. Laura is survived by her sons and daughters in-law; Lisa(Darling), Lynn(Metcalf), Mary(Woodhouse),and Cindy(Woodhouse)Laughlin. And grandchildren; Janice, John Earl, Samuel, Emily, Jillian(Stambaugh), Ryan, Travis and Hunter Laughlin. Laura and Earl's great-grandchildren are; Caitlyn Jones, Emily and Audrey Pence and Mekayla and Tyler Laughlin. Preceeding Laura in death is her second husband, Charlie Seegers. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 PM Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Flanner and Buchanan-Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to the service.
