Andy R. Gibbons

Andy R. Gibbons, 88, of Indianapolis, passed away March 4^th, 2022. He was born in Karbers Ridge, Illinois, November 8^th, 1933 to parents James Norman Gibbons and Verba (Banks) Gibbons.

Andy grew up in Illinois and graduated from Harrisburg high school. He moved to Indianapolis, where he lived for the past 20 years.

He worked various jobs in the restaurant industry throughout his life.

Andy was a social man, who enjoyed traveling. He was a valued member of his local Masonic Lodge for several years.

He is survived by his daughter Cindy (Bob) Watson; three grandchildren; nephew Donald Moore Jr., niece Catherine Hall, and several other nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he is preceded in death by his son Mike Gibbons; and siblings Wanda Gibbons Moore, Thelma Gibbons Cummins, and Norma Jean Gibbons Martin.

Andy will be laid to rest near his parents at Good Hope Cemetery in Karbers Ridge, Illinois.
