Andrew "Andy" Joseph Blanton

Andrew Joseph Blanton, 34, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on September 30, 2023. He was born on December 2, 1988, in Indianapolis, Indiana, to parents, Edward Joseph Blanton and Theresa L. Harding.  
 
He was a gifted artist with an undeniable passion for drawing. Andy's artistic talent was evident in every stroke of his pencil. His work had the power to captivate and inspire those lucky enough to witness it. His artistic abilities were truly a gift to this world. 
 
Although Andy's time with us was tragically cut short, we can find solace in the beautiful memories he left behind. He will be remembered as a shining light, someone who brought happiness and inspiration to everyone he encountered. His memory will forever be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to know him. The impact he made on each person's life will continue to be felt long after his passing. Andrew's legacy of love, creativity, and kindness will forever live on in the hearts and minds of those who were touched by his presence. 
 
Andy is survived by his mother, Theresa L. Blanton; brothers, Frederick L. Blanton and Edward "Alex" Blanton; sister, Courtney Jane Blanton; grandmother, Johanna "Joni" Harding; uncles, D. Michael Harding, Jeffrey C. Harding, and Jerry L. (Kim) Hellyer; aunts, Nicole (Tony) Chopp, Kim (Richard) Muns, Tammy (Karl) Reynolds, and Debby Petty; and several cousins.  
 
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Joseph Blanton; grandparents, Fred E. Harding, Loretta J. Harding, Louis Blanton, and Marlene Holcomb.  
 
Services will be private but, but will be webcasted and available to watch after the completion of services.
