Amanda (Mandy) Jean Kingery, 44, of New Palestine, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on July 12, 2025. She was born on April 13, 1981, to David Jordan, and Patricia Arvin.
Mandy’s family was the center of her world. She was the devoted wife to Chris, and a loving and supportive mom to Aidan and Delaney, cheering them on as their biggest fan at every swim meet and softball game. Mandy’s home was the heart of every family gathering and holiday, where her warmth and hospitality made everyone feel welcome. Mandy worked as a nurse for over 20 years, spending most of her time at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital. She was a talented and compassionate nurse, who cared deeply for her patients and colleagues. Outside of work, Amanda loved to travel – especially to the beach – and could always be found with a good book or enjoying a live band. She was also a proud dog mom to her beloved fur baby, Creed. Mandy’s love, strength, and joyful spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Mandy is survived by her loving husband Chris; children Aidan, and Delaney; dad David Jordan; mom Patricia Arvin; sister Melissa (Robert) Signorelli and their son Torin; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews; and so many friends and colleagues.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents Karl and Jacqueline Theyssen; grandparents Howard and Marilyn Jordan; Aunt Linda Hoaglan; Uncle Tony Theyssen; and Uncle Doyle Theyssen.
