Allen William Pieper Sr.

Allen William Pieper, age 84 passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2026.

Allen was born on August 26, 1941 in Beech Grove, Indiana to Harry Frederick and Mary Alma (Tobin) Pieper.  He was the fifth of eight children.  He grew up and lived most of his life in Indianapolis before moving to Brownsburg in 2021.

Allen was a kind and hardworking many of many jobs of the years, from driving a truck for Mechanics Laundry, delivering the Indy Star for nearly two decades, to the nearly 25 years he worked for Westgate Chrysler.  He proudly served in the United States Army.

He was affectionately know as "Big AL" by his co workers, who he always greeted with a smile and sometimes a candy bar.

He is survived by his brother Terrell Pieper;

Three sons: Allen Pieper Jr., Mark (Wendy) Pieper and Chris (Monet) Pieper, as well as his grandchildren Lovalie Motley, Elijah Pieper and Sophia Peiper.

A visitation will be held on Friday, July 31, 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Flanner Buchanan - Floral Park Funeral Center, located at 425 N. Holt Road, Indianapolis, IN 462221

An additional visitation will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM - also at Flanner Buchanan - Floral Park Funeral Center. 

The Funeral Service to Celebrate Allen's life will follow at 11:00 AM. 

Burial will follow at Floral Park Cemetery.
