Allen L. Mcpherson

Allen L. McPherson, Jr, 68 of Indianapolis, passed away surrounded by family on February 22, 2011. He was born April 15, 1942 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama the son of Allen L. and Hattie Lee (Strickland) McPherson, Sr. He was a 24 year U.S. Army veteran. He also was a retired federal government employee of 11 years. Allen was a very dedicated and devoted father and husband. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Evi (Greotti) McPherson; son, Patrick L. McPherson and daughter-in-law, Amy Spudic. Visitation will be Thursday (2-24-11)from 4 to 8pm in Flanner and Buchanan Washington Park East Funeral Center. Funeral services will be Friday (2-25-11) at 12 Noon in the funeral center. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Holy Spirit Parish’s Honduras Twinning Parish Project.
