Allan D. Zukowski

Allan D. Zukowski 66 of Indianapolis went home to be with the Lord on July 18, 2012. He was born July 21, 1945 in Chicago, IL to Joseph and Irene Maciejewski Zukowski. He was the husband of Donna L. Zukowski who survives him, along with two daughters, Darlene Cusimano and Andrea (Kevin) Deane, also three grandchildren, Grace Cusimano, Ethan Cusimano and Caleb Qurazzo, as well as a brother, Joseph (Joani) Zukowski, sister, Elaine (Steve) Lameier, sister-in-law, Diane (Rob) Nichols-Hyde and his mother-in-law, Naomi Childers. Allan worked at Allison's for thirty-two years. He was member of the UAW 933. Friends may call from 4-8 pm on Sunday, July 22, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan – Washington Park East, 10722 E. Washington St., Indianapolis. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, July 23, 2012 at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center. Entombment will follow in Washington Park East Cemetery.
