Alexandra Davis Traycoff

Alexandra Davis Traycoff, 29, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on April 3, 2017.  She was born in Indianapolis on September 21, 1988 to parents, Sergei M. and Laura J. “Lori” Traycoff.  She was a 2008 graduate of Hamilton Southeastern High School and attended Vincennes University.  Alexandra was loved by many; her positive and uplifting spirit just drew others to be around her.  She loved animals- especially dogs, being outdoors, and golf-cart riding.  Despite her physical limitations, she enjoyed exciting adventures like riding motorcycles, parasailing and hot air ballooning.  Alexandra enjoyed her time working at the former, Elucida and most recently with Easterseals Crossroads, where she was a document scanner.

Alexandra was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Judy and Joe Davis and paternal grandparents, Phillip and Sara Traycoff; and her uncle, Ron McKinney.

She will be lovingly missed by her parents, Sergei and Lori; sister, Jillian Leach (James) and brother, Nick Traycoff; nephew and niece, Jackson and Joelle Leach; aunts and uncles: Susan D. DiDonato, Jeff Davis, JoAnn McCarthy (Mike), Jenny Main (Cricket), Becky McKinney, Gregor Traycoff, Jeff Hoffmeister (Jan); grandmother, Sue Davis; and her beloved dog, Cody.

Family and friends may gather from 1pm until 4pm on Sunday, April 8, 2018 at Flanner Buchanan- Geist, 7855 Cork Road, Indianapolis, IN 46236.  Her funeral service will immediately follow at 4pm.  A reception will follow services at the Back Bay Club House, 11202 Back Bay Lane, Indianapolis, IN 46236.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are encouraged to be made in Alexandra’s memory to Riley Hospital for Children.
