Alex Joseph Bigelow

Alex Joseph Bigelow 27 years old, of Indianapolis, IN passed away on June 27, 2015. He was born on December 10, 1987 in Indianapolis. Alex graduated from Scecina Memorial High School in 2006. He served proudly in the United States Army for 3 years being active duty as an Artillery Specialist at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. Alex was deployed to UAE for nine months. After November of 2013, He joined the Army reserve as an E4 Specialist at Ft. Benjamin Harrison, Indiana. Alex is survived by his loving son, Damien Russell Bigelow; parents, Joseph Bigelow (LuAnn) and Denise Steger (Matthew); sister, Kayla St. Arbor; grandparents, Donna Larson (Don), Robert Gordon Bailey (Shirley), Mort and Jean Schrougham; as well as many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his brother, Henry Joseph Bigelow, grandparents, Clifford and Dorothy Bigelow. Family and Friends may gather from 2:00pm-4:00pm Saturday, July 11, 2015 with Memorial Service at 4:00pm in Flanner and Buchanan-Memorial Park 9350 E. Washington St. Indianapolis.
