Albert S. Stayte

79 years old, of Indianapolis, Indiana, formally of Monticello, Indiana passed away on Friday, September 23, 2016. He attended Arsenal Technical High School. Albert worked for IPL as a journeyman lineman, local union IBEW #1393. He later moved to Monticello, Indiana and was the owner of Anglers Restaurant for over 30 years. His last employment was with NIPSCO for ten years. Albert proudly served with the United States Marine Corp in 1955 to 1959. He enjoyed the beach and skiing while spending time with his family.
Albert is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Patricia A. (Moye) Stayte; son Gary Stayte (Ruth) and Jeffrey Stayte (Melissa); grandchildren, Alex, Jack, Ethan, Will, Henry, and Sophia Stayte. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel and mother, Margaret Stayte; brothers John (Jack) Stayte, Ronald (Ron) Stayte, Robert (Bob) Stayte.
Memorial contributions can be made to Wheeler Mission Ministries.
Family and Friends may gather from 1:00pm-3:00pm Friday, September 30, 2016 with Funeral Service at 3:00pm in Flanner and Buchanan-Washington Park East 10722 E. Washington St. Indianapolis. with Burial to follow.
