Albert David Otto

94 of Speedway, Indiana passed away on July 29, 2026. Albert was born on September 13, 1931, in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Albert and Anna Otto. He was a 1953 graduate of Purdue University. He was a retired Mechanical Engineer for Gardner Denver. After retiring he and his brother Jerry owned a used car lot. His hobbies include buying, repairing and selling used cars. He also owned and flew a small plane. He was preceded in death by his wife Katie Dosseff Otto, son James B. Otto, grandsons Jimmy and Johnny Otto, brothers Jerry and John Otto and his parents. He is survived by his daughters Joanna (Bernie) Terhune and Sharon (Dan) Maled, daughter-in-law Mary Ellen “Lee” Otto, sister Betty Brattain, eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Monday, August 3, 2026, from 10 am to 12 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park. Funeral service will be Monday, August 3, 2026, at 12 pm at Flanner Buchanan-Floral Park.
