Albert 'Bill' South

Albert W. "Bill" South, 82, of Greenfield, IN, passed away March 3, 2014 at Hancock Regional Hospital in Greenfield. He was born October 19, 1931 in Indianapolis, the son of Albert and Frances South. He graduated from Thomas C. Howe High School and was a US Marine Corp. Veteran of The Korean War. He retired from Geist Christian Church where he was in maintenance. He was a member of Millersville Masonic Lodge No. 126, F&AM, Scottish Rite and Shrine. Bill is survived by his sister, Margie O'Harrow of Indianapolis; nephew, Jeff and Dianna Irvin and their children, Alan, Tracy and Michael; his niece, Nancy and Ron Copeland and their children, Marcie and David; and other nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM Friday, March 7, 2014 at Flanner and Buchanan-Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, IN 46229. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery with military rites. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Flanner and Buchanan.
