Adele A. Minnich
96, of Indianapolis, passed away on October 21, 2015. Adele was born to Robert and Esther Anderson on August 29, 1919 in Camden, New Jersey.
Adele married John Minnich on May 29, 1943 in Clifton, New Jersey. In 1956, the young, growing family moved from New Jersey to Indianapolis. Although Adele adapted to Midwest living, she was always a Jersey girl at heart.
Adeles husband, John and her brother, Robert H. Anderson, Jr. preceded her in death. She is survived by her children: Marsha (George) Gordon, Linda Minnich, Andrea (Mike) Oles, Sally (Alan) Lehner and John (Kim) Minnich. She also leaves behind to cherish her memory ten grandchildren and eight grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Audrey Lehans as well as many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1pm on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at Flanner and Buchanan- Broad Ripple, where friends may call from 11am until the service time. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Adeles memory to the Alzheimers Association.
