A.W. Thomas

A.W. Thomas, Jr., 82, of Speedway, passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2015. He was born on May 25, 1932 in Almond, Arkansas to the late Arthur Winford Thomas, Sr. and Ada Lorene (Frazier) Thomas. A.W. is survived by his wife of 59 years, Mary (Young) Thomas; children, Daniel B. Thomas and Melissa (Thomas) Patterson. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Pamela Sue Thomas, who passed away in 1984. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 from 4-8pm at Flanner and Buchanan – Speedway. Funeral services will be Thursday morning at 10am, also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in West Ridge Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to Speedway Baptist Church.
