A. Gail (Shawver)Clark, age 61, of Zionsville passed away Friday, July 29, 2016 afterfighting neuroendocrine cancer. A memorial service will be held Saturday,August 6, 2016 at the Zionsville United Methodist Church. Visitation will occur for two hours beginningat 10:00 AM followed by a short service at noon.
Gail was born December 3, 1954 to Philip and Carolyn Shawver. She graduated from Danville High School in1973 before attending Butler University where she received a B.S. in Pharmacyin 1982. Gail was enjoying retirementafter working for 31 years as a pharmacist for IU Health leaving in 2014. Sheenjoyed gardening, walks through the village and spending time with her familyand good friends.
Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Dan, and threelovely daughters, Abigail (Reid) Klaehnof Zionsville, Karen Clark of Deerfield Beach, Florida, and Chloe Clark ofNashville, Tennessee; one granddaughter, Rosalind Gail Klaehn; father Philip (Anita) Shawver of Plainfield;sister Betsy (Scott) Friedenberg of Greenfield; three sisters in law, a brotherin law, six nieces and a nephew.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday August 06, 2016at Noon at Zionsville United Methodist Church 9644 Whitestown Road Zionsville,IN 46077 with calling from 10 am to service time.
