Lois Griesse Hoyer

86, of Greenfield, died January5, 2016. Lois was born on February 17, 1929 in Alma, MO to the late ReverendAugust Henry and Lydia Louise (Wassman) Griesse. Lois had faith and works whichled all her children to Jesus. Lois worked as a nurse and after retiringenjoyed the country and nature. She was an active member of St. John’s LutheranChurch in Wisconsin and most recently, Holy Cross Lutheran in Indianapolis. Inaddition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Philip Hoyer.She is survived by her daughters Denise Harvey and husband Bruce, DianeFroiland and husband James, Karen Nowak and husband Rick, Jennifer VanKauwenburgh and husband Peter, son Brian and wife Cheryl, sister Doris Snyderand husband Dave, 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Memorial serviceswill be held Saturday January 16^th at 11am at Flanner and Buchanan- Floral Park, with visitation one hour priorto the service in the funeral center.
