Christinia Kay (Copeland) Junker

Age 65, of Noblesville, IN passed away unexpectedly on January 19, 2018 in her home.  Christinia was born in Franklin, IN on February 20, 1952 to parents, Mary Patricia (Mackey) Doyle and William E. Copeland.  Christinia, a graduate of Arsenal Technical High School, worked primarily as a loving and devoted wife and mother.  She enjoyed gardening, reading, and spending time with her beloved family.  She was generous, funny and always willing to help others.  She was energetic and outgoing, and lit up any room. She enjoyed puzzles, crosswords, and activities that challenged her mind.  She was a huge supporter of the Humane Society and especially had a love for cats.  Her friends nicknamed her “Snow White” because of her love and care of stray animals near her house.  She also loved collecting rocks for her grandson, Declan.

Christinia will be lovingly missed by her husband, Joseph Michael Junker; daughter, Jessa (Junker) Wyatt (John) of Noblesville; grandson, Declan Wyatt, the apple of her eye; stepson, Jeff Junker (Christine) of California; step-grandchildren: Hannah and Jack Junker; siblings: Deanna Ancil of Kokomo, IN; brother, Daniel Doyle (Rene) of Indianapolis; uncle, Richard Mackey; niece, Alicia Ancil; and many other loving family members and friends.

Christinia was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Doyle; grandmother, Jessie Mackey; and aunt, Nancy Mackey.

Friends may gather from 3pm until 4pm on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at Flanner Buchanan- Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (Conner Suite), 9700 Allisonville Road, Indianapolis, IN 46250, where her memorial service will immediately follow at 4pm.

Memorial contributions may be made in Christinia’s memory to the Humane Society of Indianapolis.
