Hon. Paul H. Buchanan Jr. 90, former Chief Judge of the Indiana Court of Appeals and a member of the court for 22 years, and a grandson of the founder of Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Centers, passed away on November 6, 2008.

Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Centers is now offering video recording and webcasting of funeral services to families.
Currently, the system is in place at the company’s Zionsville and Washington Park East locations. The system was barely in place before it was used this week to offer a live broadcast of a funeral in Zionsville to a relative of the deceased, a soldier stationed in Iraq.
It is anticipated that this service will soon be available at all fourteen Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Centers. Full Press Release.
